Won’t be coming back. Had a really bad experience this morning. I’m not sure if this a new management but the previous urgent care (nightlight) was much better. You would reserve a time and absolute no wait, as soon you got there a MA will call you back. But unfortunately this morning I had reserved a spot for 11am. Got there at 10:58am was the first one to get there. Checked in thru my phone. After that everyone else got there to the point where it was a full lobby. Fantastic experience at this location. Everyone from the front desk, MA Mr. Rogelio, NP Mary were amazing despite the sudden rush of patients. Bedside manner was great and they all handled the rush great.
Great little urgent care. I’ve been here a few times with a few different of our children over the last 5-8 years and I would recommend this place if you need quick help for a sick kiddo and it’s after work hours. Staff is friendly, providers are caring and knowledgeable as well.
Got there right before they closed. They were busy but worked hard to see everyone and keep us comfortable. Good diagnoses of our 8 month old and care plan. Everyone was so kind especially for being so late on a Saturday.
An amazing pediatric urgent care. So glad this place is open. We made it just in time before they closed and the staff was so kind and helpful even though they had to work late to get through the rest of the patients. The NP, Kelly, was fantastic. She was very responsive and came up with an immediate plan to get my baby feeling better.
