I've only been with this company for a short time. But in my experience so far, the staff is very helpful, caring, friendly, and supportive of clients and their families and also to Nightingale employees. They are always ready to help with a friendly attitude when I call or email with a question. They have a great hire on process and do what they can to accommodate family life balance schedules for employees as well.
