I was looking for care for an elder person and came across this company. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided excellent care. The receptionist was very pleasant to talk to and staff worked fast to provide great care!!
Don Corleone is the alias identity of a former disgruntled employee who was fired 3 weeks ago due to her poor job performance. Since her termination she has harassed several staff members at our agency. I really appreciate the services my mother has been receiving from Nightingale Home Health Care, Inc. My mother has been receiving care from this company for 2 years after a long period of searching for a proper agency. Now I am very comfortable with the services she is receiving and I am deeply grateful for everything they have done for my mother.
I do not know how this company is still in business, they are by far the most unorganized and unprofessional health care agency that I have encountered in caring for my elderly grandmother. Time after time their staff members would show up thirty or more minutes late, not properly dressed as a home health aide should, most of the time they would be on their phones or not giving my grandmother the proper attention, they would not follow the specific instructions that were outlined for the care of my grandmother, and the list ... read more
