Rented a unit only to discover it was locked and rented to someone else previously. Charged me $180 two weeks ago and have STILL not refunded nor has the company reached out to us. Had to find alternative storage solution which put me out even more money. Every time you call the number for assistance you get the run around and it's always another departments issue to solve not the person you speak to.
No electricity or lights, which would be helpful however it’s a safe facility, watertight with easy access, yes I’ve been here longer than the new owners.
