I recently took an expensive, beautiful coat there to be cleaned. It had been worn maybe 5 times, and when I went to pick it up it was destroyed!!...my answer I got was, "sorry, that happens!"....I had to gather my thoughts to not literally cry, but there is my coat completely ruined with all the dark brown detailing melted on a camel wool coat that I treasured. There was no offer of anything to compensate, customer service zero. I will never go back again, and the post of my Facebook page with pictures is showing that many ... read more
