Nieves Rubio Took my cases, was very helpful and proffesiinal in everything she did. She did an amazing job, I won my case. I would definitely recond her. No oneis perfect but she is an amazing person as well.

unprofessional Very unprofessional office the receptionist is rude she puts you on hold on purpose and when you try to explain why you are calling her demeanor is like whatever. The attorney doesn??t return your calls and puts your case in the back burner it seems like she prolonging the case on purpose to drain you bank account very unprofessional. Bad Lawyer Ms. Rubio is the most unprofessional lawyer in the way she talks to her clients, the way she dresses, she belongs in the telenovelas. This woman has no empathy toward the family she is representing or the children involve. All she cares is to win her case and charge every minute she is talking to you. Don't believe the other comments.. Although, many of the reviews below are harsh and somewhat valid, I can not agree with everything. I find her treatment with my case as top notch and kept everything together. I know that she worked outside of her office for my case and she didn't charge me for any of that time. The abilities of this woman is incredible and is the only one in her office. Side note: would she have so many cases if she was horrible and never got the job done? She is on dads side judge tafoya from Delano assigned miss Rubio to my family law case, to represent my 4 yr old in court. My first appointment I spoke to her for 5 minutes & had to pay 300 dlls, over all I spend 2,000 in court, she is very irresponsible she is ALWAYS late to court, and judge tafoya never said nothing for her being late, she seen my daughter a couple of times, her & my attorney didn't get along but she was really friendly with my ex's attorney, they were even sharing the same office in Delano. Beware of Ms. Rubio Ms. Rubio does not take into consideration all the information and is not a qualified Psychologist. She does not listen nor pay attention to what is obvious. I think the courts have made a huge error in letting Ms. Rubio handle these types of cases, especially with children involved. And this is coming from a case where she ruled in favor of the mother, who is blatantly using the system and she took Ms. Rubio for a ride and con'd her. Ms. Rubio needs to open her eyes that's for sure.
