All three Nies houses on my street have had flooded basements multiple times. I would never trust them to built a house, to properly design a view out basement, or to grade a lot so that it drains correctly. They may say they meet standards, but their final surface grades have never allowed storm runoff to follow the drainage plans for the neighborhood. Moving our foundations to Nies has been a breath of fresh air. Their foreman Lionel is well-organized and punctual. He makes good use of my time and asks necessary questions. They clean up and maintain the jobsite while they are working which is extremely important to us. Top notch group of hardworking men.
