I just purchased Snow Crab Dip and it is amazing! Be sure to visit Niemuths
Took my deer there and specifically told them I wanted my antlers back. This was during bow hunting and was told they didnt have very many deer this year for bow hunting. I got the meat back before gun season. My antlers were stolen by Niemuths. I was told I was out of luck and I would never get them back. Also, there were ground up tendons on my hot sticks. I have to have a cup to spit the parts I can't chew.

Niemuth's used to have the most incredible Cheddarwurst. Last fall I purchased 7 packages of 5. Unfortunately 5 of the 7 packages had absolutely no cheddar in them. I live in the Chicago area and did not return until a few weeks ago. I explained to the woman behind the counter what happened with my purchase. She confirmed they had a new sausage guy that had started about that time in the fall (her husband). I called looking for tri tip! No one Else around had tri tip. I drove from Green Bay and the owner Richard had it all ready for me to pick up. And man was it delicious meat! Will be my go to place for tri tip for now on!
