I went in to Nielson Auto Repair for an oil change. The service was quick and thorough. They took extra time to talk me through some additional work that my car needed to have done. Very helpful and honest.
My brakes were squeaking. Q did a great job at a great price. Best of all, it is a family friendly place. Nobody tried to upsell me, the diagnosis and prices were honest.
The Owner Que is really great. He is very accommodating and diagnosed the issue with my car right away. He is extremely honest and told me that I didn't need work done that another auto shop claimed I desperately needed.

In an emergency, my clutch pedal was stuck to the floor of the car, I did not know where to go. Being a female I was dreading talking to male mechanics, afraid they would not be straight with me. Well I'm glad to say that "Q" at Nielson Auto Repair was open and honest about what was going on with my car and knowing that I had 2 little ones he was extremely understanding if my financial constraints and worked with me. The guys at Nielson Automotive made me feel comfortable in trusting them with my car repairs. As a woman its difficult to know if your in good trusting hands when you don't know too much about car repairs and with Nielson I knew I was not being taken advantage of. I will be back here for ALL my car repairs & diagnostics!
