I used to be a longtime customer at Nielson but not anymore, because I recently found out I got scammed from a spark plug replacement service on 4/26/23 (yes over a year ago). How did I know? On 12/9/24, my engine on my 2014 Mazda 3 suddenly had a failed coil, and I had to take it to a nearby mechanic to get my car fixed. By chance, he checked on my spark plugs and discovered that they were still the original spark plugs! He even showed me how worn they were after replacing the spark plugs with new ones. RecommendedI went into Nielson Auto Repair after my high mileage Lexus broke down. They investigated the problem, found a major issue with my catalytic converter and exhaust which are very costly repairs. I wanted to salvage the vehicle but instead Nielson found me a buyer within one day that took on the car as a project. Zero hassle. I will definitely go back to Nielson Auto Repair, they care just as much about people as they do cars. ❤️👪🚗

WOW!!!! awesome experience from time I dropped off my car til the tech called me with reasonable price and he explained the process to fix the car. Made me feel good to they cared I understood what was fixed. HIGHLY Recommend them Laura DIll

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased a living social coupon for three oil changes. This coupon was not transferable and could only be used on the same car. I had every intention of using the 3 oil changes on the same car when I purchased it. Unfortunately prior to needing the 2nd oil change my son was in a car accident and the car was totaled. Very happy with my experience at Nielson Auto Repair! They were both honest and very fair. It had been a long time since I was in a shop where I spoke with the owner and the owner worked on my car. He was very transparent and honest. The gal at the front desk was very friendly. Highly recommend.
