I had an old set of broken glasses that were way out of warranty, Collen helped me find me new frames on line, as the older pair weren’t being sold any longer, she forwarded me the link to order the frames and when they arrived she replaced the lens free of charge. This is the definition on customer service and I highly recommend High 5!

Took our daughter to High5 for her first eye exam. Everyone was wonderful, patient and kind! We found out she needed glasses so we looked around trying on several until deciding on a pair. The day we picked them up and drove home she said “Mommy, I love looking at the trees now”. So pleased we found this place and they took such great care of us.
Amazing staff, very professional. My visit was for a specific exam & prescription. Dr.Frost performed a thorough exam & then explained her diagnosis to fit my needs. Upon receipt of my glasses, a knowledgeable staff member explained the care & maintenance & then adjusted them to perfection. I was made aware that any future adjustments would not be a problem. I was contacted by text a week later to see how I was liking my glasses. Follow-up was much appreciated.
