Please stop calling, sending emails, and text. I told you I will never return to your office. Both Doctors could not get my prescription correct. For two years, I have been to Dr. Jessica Tompkins in New Braunfels. She is a great Doctor and fixed my prescription.
I have been very impressed with the amount of time the staff at High5 spends with me. Each exam is very thorough and they always go the extra mile. Special thanks to Colleen who fixed my backup glasses while my new lenses were ordered.
Colleen is great! She is very knowledgeable and patient.
I do not recommend it to my worst enemy. Tottally Unprofessional and worst experience that I’ve ever received from healthcare. They are not consistent about what they talk. Kept saying one thing and doing another. Policy is not clear and also changes at their convenience. The policy that was shown to me once I requested my refund for wrong prescription was totally related to the frame and I never complained about the frame at all.
