Took our daughter to High5 for her first eye exam. Everyone was wonderful, patient and kind! We found out she needed glasses so we looked around trying on several until deciding on a pair. The day we picked them up and drove home she said “Mommy, I love looking at the trees now”. So pleased we found this place and they took such great care of us.
Amazing staff, very professional. My visit was for a specific exam & prescription. Dr.Frost performed a thorough exam & then explained her diagnosis to fit my needs. Upon receipt of my glasses, a knowledgeable staff member explained the care & maintenance & then adjusted them to perfection. I was made aware that any future adjustments would not be a problem. I was contacted by text a week later to see how I was liking my glasses. Follow-up was much appreciated.
This review is for the services my husband received at High 5. This is the first time he has had such a complete examination and had a doctor be able to fit him with a pair of glasses that fixed his double vision. He has always complained about his glasses not being what he needed but not with this pair. The doctor and all of her staff were very friendly and accommodating to our schedule and our needs.
Please stop calling, sending emails, and text. I told you I will never return to your office. Both Doctors could not get my prescription correct. For two years, I have been to Dr. Jessica Tompkins in New Braunfels. She is a great Doctor and fixed my prescription.
I have been very impressed with the amount of time the staff at High5 spends with me. Each exam is very thorough and they always go the extra mile. Special thanks to Colleen who fixed my backup glasses while my new lenses were ordered.
