I could not more highly recommend Kevin Nielsen and Nielsen Environmental. Going above and beyond would be an understatement. All work was completed either early or on-time, the quotes were very competitive (in some cases a massive discount to larger firms), and if we ever have issues in the future I wouldn't even bother shopping around. They addressed lead, char, ash, asbestos, and mold (dripping pipe while house was sitting vacant for eight months) in a house contaminated by the Palisades fire. Nielsen Environmental is a very professional company. We had damage after the Eaton fire and Nielsen Environmental performed the clean-up. Kevin is easy to work with and lets you know what will happen every step of the way. We were completely satisfied with the work and the high attention to detail that was provided. Nielsen Environmental helped us with a very difficult task and did an excellent job.
Wow...I ignored the negative reviews ...chalking them up to disgruntled / problem seeking reviewers. What a horrible experience. After suffering through the devastating LA fires...I then had to be treated like dirt by the owner. If that is the level of care and service...there are much better businesses to patronize. You should be ASHAMED of yourselves!
Called to ask for a quote and was told he wouldn’t provide a quote for a buyer in a transaction. Quite disappointing as he has been very helpful before and sent me to someone to get the inspection done and I was going to use him for the service.
