I took my 89 year old grandma who is a patient of Dr Hammerstrom in Monday.. He is out of town on vacation and told me to call Neilson... They got her right in and treated her with such care and concern like she was their client... Dr Neilson just sat down and listened to her like he had all day... Awesome bedside manner and a true caring person.. Scheduled her to come back to make sure we get the problem taken care of... Thank You Dr Neilson and staff for making her feel comfortable...
Absolutely amazed with the team and experiences we have had this week with Dr. Nielsen and the crew. It's so rare to find professionals these days who take the time to call and follow up or squeeze you in when you need them! We are loyal customers for life!

I've been going to a chiropractor since I was 18. My back requires care because I've had two hip surgeries. I also have a mysterious shoulder that hurts on and off for the past 23 years that no one can ever figure out what's wrong with it. Finally got some answer as to what part or maybe all of the problem is. Had it fixed today not necessarily the greatest feeling but having full range of my arm without pain is worth the 20 seconds of pain to get things put back where they belong. I doubt this will be the end of my shoulder... read more
