Dr. Nielsen seems very good, and his dental assistant and the hygienist were both gentle, well-trained, and friendly. The guy who runs the front desk, not so much. He didn't know the names of patients in the waiting room (after we had just checked in), promised to prepare x-rays I sent via email (and confirmed TWICE), but never followed through (so the x-rays were unavailable for my appointment) and seems generally grumpy - all 4 times I have been in.
Silverstone Dental offers top notch service and professionalism. Dr. Brent Nielson is a medical doctor who also brings both top of the line dental skill and equipment throughout the office. His staff is always extremely friendly and professional for the entire appointment.
I changed dentists a couple years ago, to Dr. Nielsen, because of trust issues. I am so grateful that I made the decision to leave my old dentist. Dr Nielsen was honest, direct, calm, and very reassuring on my first visit. He has continued to make me feel like a valued patient, just as I value his phenomenal care.
I have been a patient of Dr. Nielsen for several years and have always received excellent treatment. In addition, his staff has always given excellent service also. Robert R.
