Niels knows his stuff. He is straight forward and to the point. Almost always has parts I need in stock.
If you take your machine in for repair, be prepared to be misled right from the start. They’ll tell you it will be ready in a few days just to get you to leave it there. Weeks—then a month—go by with nothing but excuses: “can’t get parts,” “short-staffed,” and other explanations they seem to think you’re stupid enough to believe. You won’t receive a phone call or an email with any kind of update. Hack my lawn mower from June to December and never did fix it. He said it would be ready next week it would be ready next week and it never was very very poor customer service not a nice man
