This place stole my $1500 warranty payout. Very sneaky people, beware. After getting approval for 1500 worth of work and agreeing to even more non warranted work they had my truck for over a week. All good repairs take time (although was quoted much less time). They call me Friday at 5pm saying they won't release my truck because the warranty company is slow to respond. Ok... fine. I just like to say Neil's Auto Service has done so much for mother's vehicle and having to deal with insurance companies that drag their feet and having to deal with hold times for hours. Most companies like his would just stop doing what they do. So I would just like to say if your vehicle is in need of repair he is the only one I would have work on it.
I have tried to get in contact with a Niel Curry Auto Service employee for almost two hours, to no avail regarding a vehicle in their possession.
They were able to decern the issue with my vehicle and repair it in a couple hrs.Where I regularly take it couldn't figure it out at all.
