Mark and his crew were easy to work with, great communicators and did an awesome job on my roof. They were professional and kind.
Mark came out to help me the day after I reached out to him. He was very friendly, responsive and helpful. He verified that roof and furnace air intake were working correctly. He identified a potential issue, and put me in contact with is own heating and cooling subcontractor to help me with my issue, all free of charge. Great guy.
Started with a leaky skylight. No one had the time to look, all booked until the end if the year. Mark contacted me later that day and stated he could help but was out of town for the weekend. Monday one if his workers came out and agreed it needed to be replaced. He also noted cracking shingles and nails popping up. A new roof was warranted ( had a feeling it did even before I called).
