Great service! Mark took the time to understand our situation, asked questions, and planned ahead for the visit (needing attic access). With a bit of a head-scratcher leak situation, Mark took the time to investigate, rule out things, and referred us to someone who could help with our situation.
Niego Roofing replaced my roof in September, 2025. I first called Mark because of a cracked skylight that I wanted to remove and have roofed over. As another reviewer mentioned, Mark answers the phone. He came over right away and inspected the skylight and roof. He was also the second contractor (the other was a gutter guy) to tell me I needed a new roof. Mark and his crew were all wonderful to work with. I was really indecisive on the shingle color. Very good experience. An estimate was honored after being made almost a year prior, the work and cleanup was handled very professionally, and the new roof looks and is serving amazingly. Mark is a great guy to work with.
Remember back when home repair professionals were responsive, polite, and HELPFUL? Those days are still with us, at least as measured by Mark Niego at Niego Roofing. Terrific service that puts the customer first. Can’t say enough good things about this vendor. Do yourself a favor: don’t hire anyone without at least talking to Mark Niego first.
Had a great experience working with Mark on getting our roof redone. He is easy to communicate with, patient with scheduling since we had a lot of different house projects going on at the same time, and his team went above and beyond with some of the things they uncovered after the old roof came off.
