Excellent people from office to technicians. They installed a new a/c and furnace for us and the quality of the work is top notch. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Niebuhr.
Use them for many many years and they are always outstanding. But after they got bought that reversed. Their jobs are very overpriced now and the quality of work is poor. For example, they had to replace a toilet and forgot to use the wax ring at the base. He gave me a estimate for a faucet that was about twice what another plumber charged.
Woke up to burst water heater on a weekend. Called at 6:30am and Ben was out within a half hour and got unit replaced quickly. These guys are great!
