We had Niebuhr replace our water heater, and would highly recommend them. After the initial installation, we realized the first unit wasn’t quite large enough for our household. Instead of treating it like a problem, the staff at Niebuhr worked with us to find the right solution. Ben and Wes quickly got the old and cracked plumbing issue causing water to leak into our basement from below our kitchen sink taken care of. They were friendly, answering my questions and explaining the repair process, which I appreciated as we had just moved into our 1952 home and are still getting familiar with it.

We’ve used these guys several times over the years and they’re always the first ones we call to replace or update things and when we have leaks or clogs. They are so quick and responsive when calling and always have time to run out to us in Holmen to get things taken care of quickly and correctly.
