I find Doctor Nida Bonuel to be very thorough/ efficient with my overall health care. Demonstrates compassion as she explains detailed feedback on lab results leaving me with clarity, and feeling confident. The doc did not introduce herself or greet me eyes 9n computer all time crazy highblood recorded. I told them to retake it on my paper work 183/158. Referral for xray supposed to send they did not receive i had to call monday for them to resend. I went to cl8n8c for x-rays Friday. My experience very stressful and doc was distant this was my first negative experience my regular dr Sammy and p a weregreat
I am having problems getting results for medication prescription. Pharmacy identified a potential issue with medication. Has been almost a two weeks. Still no resolution. In addition difficult to have a conversation with the doctor, she is too focused on their software upgrade as a result I feel my time is being wasted while is trying to figure out how to use the software.
