I absolutely loved my nurses I wish I could shout them all out from the rooftops I had my twins in October I couldn’t be more grateful. One of my babies ended up NEC and they handled it very fast and quickly. They did so much for my babies I am so very thankful for all my nicu nurses I had a very good experience even though things were scary and stressful they really helped I can’t thank them enough so much love thank you guys so much.
Our baby was born here and we've been here for ER as well, the nurse amd staff are honestly the best, they go above and beyond being helpful and caring for our Baby, and fulfilling any requests that you can need to food, accommodations, and more. Give the Nurses a RAISE ! for all the help and love they give our babies, very grateful to have such nurses
Our little one was born 12 weeks early and we have had nothing but the best, most kindest care possible. The staff learns so much about you and your baby and the unit is so supportive of families being involved. I cannot imagine a better place to take care of my preemie.
Our baby was born 7 weeks premature and has been in the NICU at Cox South for over 50 days as of today. The nurses are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and educated. The Nurse Practitioners are very sociable and great at explaining the plans moving forward as well as going over options. The few times we interacted directly with the Dr, they were extremely knowledgeable and answered every question. Will always recommend this NICU.
