Granite city Grey pavers installed 2-1/2 years ago turning sand/tan color. A nickolock rep came out and said it’s natural and to power wash them. Still nothing there actually getting worse. I will never ever recommend or buy from them again. Insanity for something that is so costly to do to ones house.

It’s a shame such a large company doesn’t stand behind their product. Would never use again and will spread the word as far as I can on social media and every other outlet possible to let as many people know how awful your products and customer service are. Wish I had read your awful reviews before wasting hard earned money on crap! How can pavers turn such an awful shade of brown overnight and you not fix the problem. Shame on you!
