My dad is an 89 year old veteran who lives at the Veteran's home in Hastings and he could not get his false teeth repaired or replaced by the VA. It took months of paperwork for them to process without any answers, all the while he was fixing his dentures with superglue when his front tooth fell out. Dr. Charles stepped in and offered to help him at a significantly reduced rate and with her help and an organization called Veteran's Wish, he was able to get new dentures.
