What a great shop with awesome staff. No pressure, just answered questions and assisted us perfectly.
I love this shop! I'm from the twin cities so most of what we have are Erik's and im used to the sub par service you usually receive there. Not the case with this local shop! Top notch employees and technicians! I "taco'd" my front MTB wheel. I brought it in with the bike and within 20 minutes, they had a new rim set up and I was back at it. My favorite bike shop that I've come across yet

Excellent bicycle shop that goes the extra step to make sure you are on the correct bike. I walked in thinking I knew what size frame I needed. The staff spent almost a hour having me try similar bikes in different sizes and going so far as comparing stem lengths to make the perfect fit. In doing so determining I actually needed a size larger frame. After all that I was not pressured to buy a bike that day, and took a few days to think it over before buying. Absolutely committed to awesome customer service!!!! Top notch technically capable staff as well... Very reasonable rates for repair and service. I'll never need to go elsewhere for anything bike related!!!
This shop is great, it's always clean and the staff is a helpful mix of folks who love to ride too. I take their advice regularly and they have never sold me anything useless or unnecessary.
Brought my bike in along with Erik Bute bike for a tune up, expected it to take a few days. They had the bikes tuned up and washed the next day. Highly recommended! Great bike shop that takes care of people.
