My husband and I each purchased bikes here today. John was very helpful and knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into anything. The rest of the staff didn't seem to mind staying past closing time to get our bikes set up so we could take them home with us tonight. I would highly recommend Nicollet Bike Shop!

What a great experience! I would highly recommend stopping in and checking the place out. Very kind and easy to work with! We purchased bikes for our whole family and had a great time. They did a great job helping us figure out what style and type of bikes we are looking for! They shared thier experiences and made us feel very comfortable even though we don't know alot about bikes. Best shop ever. Took great care of friends I've sent there, and installed a new BB on my ride so I don't have the press fit 30 blues anymore.
Went in looking for a bike, not entirely sure what I was looking for. I wasn't there 5 minutes before they had me out the door test riding several models, even adjusting and changing out parts to make the bike more suitable for me. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service!
