So far I have bought two bikes from them both experiences were excellent and I left with no questions both times. They made sure when I left with the bikes that they both fit me and ready to go for the season. I will be buying more bikes from them. And thank you Nicollet South bike shop for having such great customer service and knowledge.
We purchased 2 mountain bikes from Nicollet Bike Shop and the service was awesome from helping select what we needed to maintenance. Because of their knowledge and great service, I went to them when I wanted to get into road biking. Charley (and crew) have been fantastic to work with on this endeavor. I worked with Charley on purchasing a bike (used), getting the bike fitted and the transition to clip in pedals. I cannot say enough good things about them!
