Dr. Nicolino is a top notch provider. He listens to my concerns and always dicusses treatment options. His charges are always below what I would have to pay elsewhere. I could not ask for or get a better dentist.
Had a appointment for 10 extractions at 1pm on 2/21. Typical day before conformation call, day of office called at 9 and said doctor isn't in today need to reschedule. New appointment 3/9, day before conformation, 9 am day of they call and doctor is out need to reschedule. Now I'm stuck in pain till I find another dentist, who knows how many more weeks.
Dr Nicolino actually cares about his patients Ann always does his best to address your concerns. He and his whole staff make you feel at ease.
He’s amazing been seeing him since I was a kid. Always makes sure I’m taken care of!

PERSONALITY IS TERRIFIC IN THIS SOMETIMES HECTIC CITY OF DES MOINES.
Don't recommend them AT ALL. Scheduled my apt 2 weeks in advance and was unable to be seen due to the dentist not being available. Got a call on friday (day of the original apt) they had to reschedule because he was unavailable. So they rescheduled me for Saturday. Saturday an hour before my appointment they called me again to inform me That he would AGAIN be unavailable.
