Nicoleta was amazing, she really knew what she was doing and made my vision come to life. You don’t get her kind of service anywhere else; she’s honest, patient, and knows what suits her clients best. I got blonde baby-lights and she executed beautifully. I recommend paying her a visit and I will definitely return in the future!
