This was an absolutely horrible experience. I was told that the bank would consider the history of the business I bought and ran me through the process. I waited about two weeks only to find out Brandon never did anything to work with me. I called and left a message and then only after that my credit was hit with a hard inquiry by Nicolet Bank. Probably some of the nicest people I've ever done business with. They honestly make you feel like you're family instead of just another 'customer'.
The bank is great. I love the people there. They treat you like family and are always smiling and happy to help.
Seriously? Show up at 3:00 PM on a Friday to hear: "Sorry, you're too late." Nice business, no thanks.
