Very personable and professional service.
If you have a business bank account here and have employees who are authorized card holders, make sure your employee does NOT ever change their phone number bc their business card will not be able to be activated even when the business owner attempts providing all necessary information. The customer service lines and local branch contradicted each other on what steps needed to be taken to have an EMPLOYEE card activated on a business account. EDIT:: it has been over a week and a local branch manager has not reached out.
