Generally a decent financial institution in regard to policies implemented to protect assets and offer savings in 0% for a number of months. Great opportunities for your financial future. However, after working with the VP of Mortgages-- I'm not convinced they make advocating choices for customers of the bank or facilitate clear and concise communication between potential borrower and lender.
