Nicole did a keratin treatment for my 10 year old daughter. She was amazing with my daughter, super positive about her natural hair and made the experience as fun as possible for her. We were really happy with the final product and the entire experience with Nicole and her team. I would highly recommend her! The salon is such a welcoming, kind, and caring space!
I've been a client at Nicole's for 10+ years. Nicole and her team are always friendly and offer a "community" feeling in a professional, clean and nicely designed salon. Nicole deeply listens and provides creative direction to ensure satisfaction every time. Customer service is clearly a priority for Nicole and her team.
This is one of those times I would gladly give 10 stars if I could; not only for the wonderful service, but also for the infinite patience and kindness I experienced. Nicole's Hair Studio, quite literally, saved my hair life. It is an incredibly warm and inviting salon, from Nicole, who was stylist, to her incredible staff, I am always well taken care of at each appointment. Which is why it keeps me coming back each time. There is no one I trust more for my hair needs. Previously, I had not taken care of my hair in the ways that truly matter.
