I would highly recommend Nicole Van Treese to be your agent. I wish I met her a year ago we had another realtor and the experience was terrible. They didn’t show up to show the house. They knew my father suffered a stroke and I had 4 puppies. They didn’t care they worked on their schedule not on mine and it was such an inconvenience. I could understand if they had a person who was just selling a home. I had 2 homes to sell and needed to buy one also. The first conversation with Nicole was so different. She didn’t say I can do this, I am the top person and I will get you the best deal. Nicole listened to my needs and concerns. At the end of the call she said give me 24 hours to come up with an action plan. A plan that would take care of my needs and concerns. One huge concern of mine was Covid 19 especially with my father poor health. She insured that everyone on her team would wear mask and gloves. She designed a plan specifically for me. She took so much stress off of me. She sold my home in Deltona in under 4 days (avg home stayed in the market for 32 days) . She helped us find a new construction home in New Smyrna beach. She negotiated a lower price I would never have thought that you could pay less on new construction. She is now in the process of selling my home in Ocoee Fl. She provides a service she can supply you with handyman, cleaners, movers and her team is top notch. She returns all calls, text messages and emails promptly. Nicole cares she makes you feel like you are her only client. Century 21 I hope you realize what an asset she is to your company. Thank you Dominica “Mini” and Robert

We moved to Florida from out of state. Nicole was the REALTOR for a house that we were initially interested in. After checking into her and looking at her reviews, I found that she looked to be a great candidate to be our REALTOR. In my first conversations with Nicole, I told her that I not only needed someone who was knowledgeable in their profession, but I needed someone that I could trust. I knew that being so far away, there was a great chance that we may not be able to be here to see every house with our own eyes. I needed a REALTOR that was not going to put their own interests ahead of my own and those of my family. I have often joked with Nicole that I was blessed that I found the best REALTOR in Florida, but I absolutely believe that I just may have. Nicole impressed me in every way. She is well educated in Florida real estate, and has great integrity and loyalty for her clients. She did have to end up being my eyes. We were unable to see in person the home that we purchased. We had many FaceTime showings. Nicole knew exactly what was most important to us in a home, and was honest with us with each showing. She is also very responsive, which is so important when looking for a great REALTOR. Her and her team were right on top of our needs and concerns. I always knew I was in great hands. Nicole fought for our best interest in several situations. I believe that Nicole was not only my REALTOR, but through this process became my friend. She is one of the sweetest, kindest people you will ever meet. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone who is looking for a REALTOR that is knowledgeable, but also has great integrity! I do believe I was blessed to find the best REALTOR in Florida.
