I recently sold my 93-year-old Mom's house in Bellingham for her, after Mom relocated to Pennsylvania. Nicole was somewhat of a random pick as we had no contacts in the PNW, specifically Bellingham. We feel we completely lucked out. Her knowledge of the local market, transaction process, mortgage knowledge all lead to an enjoyable home buying experience. Finally she was the advocate during the offer/closing we all hope to find. Whether it’s your first or fourteenth home I’d recommend using Nicole.
