Nicole has to be one of the BEST realtors we've ever had the pleasure to work with. Her professionalism and attention to detail was everything we didn't know we needed. I recently sold my 93-year-old Mom's house in Bellingham for her, after Mom relocated to Pennsylvania. Nicole was a very "lucky referral" for me -- some neighbors in my Mom's area gave me Nicole's name. From first meeting her until closing on the sale took only about 2 1/2 months. (!) Nicole was somewhat of a random pick as we had no contacts in the PNW, specifically Bellingham. We feel we completely lucked out. Her knowledge of the local market, transaction process, mortgage knowledge all lead to an enjoyable home buying experience. Finally she was the advocate during the offer/closing we all hope to find.
