I absolutely recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a realtor. She helped us find a home in Vegas while we were still living in England. Even with the eight hour time difference there was never a lack of communication. We had a video call with her to go over what we were looking for in a home and she went over the process of buying a home since we are first time home buyers. My family just moved to Vegas from a distance, and Nicole was incredibly helpful as we looked for a property but couldn't see things in person. She was super responsive, and I felt like we were in great hands during what could have been a really stressful process. Moving to a new location is always overwhelming but doing it internationally is a whole different level. Nicole was a lifesaver as we were buying a house sight unseen. She found us the perfect home in a safe area. She was available to us any time we had a question or a do do video walk throughs of different properties. During the closing process she was always on top of what was getting done when.
