You will love her as a health provider. Nicole Parrau is friendly, prompt, culturally aware, and just an overall PHENOMENAL NP. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking care in Baltimore. The office staff that supports her are AMAZING also. If you send a message the response time is usually within an hour..... that's super fast in my book when the norm is 24-48 hours.
Doctor Nicole Parrau ,CRNP is a very beautiful person, she takes time and listens to you. And wants to give u just what it takes to get u well.
I haven't been in to see her in a very long time, and I still give her and team 5 out of 5 stars. Yes, I have been hard headed, when it comes to making and keeping appointments. Well, I give 5 stars because of her staff being so polite and professional, along with Nicole Parrau,CRNP, being very patient, kind, caring, understanding, and so professional, believe me she is flat out wonderful.
I absolutely love Nicole Parrau. She has a warmness about her that puts you at ease. Her ma Dee is also a lovely person.
I cannot believe the lack of professionalism from the office staff. What a shame I was not able to meet with Nurse Practitioner Nicole Parrau. My husband and I moved cross country for work which left us temporarily without medical coverage and he needs weekly medication which he just ran out of. we have a week to refill his prescription so we called in as self paying patients and we were DENIED. They referred us to Healthcare for the Homeless and explained that they may even see us for free or lower rates then they could. 1)... read more
