Negligent and doesn't even offer minimal care
Wonderful experience working with Dr Doyle and the team. I appreciated her practical, no-nonsense manner of explaining the outlook of our treatment options at the beginning, and helping us understand developments along the way. The entire SGF practice were quite helpful, including my wonderful coordinator Pam - who REALLY helped us get it done - and made herself personally accessible to me. The newly renovated K Street office is super nice : )

My wife and I were using Shady Grove to start fertility screening. Despite my wife having a latex allergy that she had documented on forms filled out at Shady Grove's office, this was apparently never documented in the allergy field. When she showed up for a screening, the doctor (Nicole Doyle) had an instrument with a latex cover. Dr. Doyle never confirmed allergies with my wife (standard procedure), but my wife knew to ask if it was latex.
