Nicole did a great job managing the sale of our house. When we went into the process of selling the house, the Seattle market was still red hot. But, by the time it was ready to be listed for sale, the Seattle market had slowed considerably. Nicole did a great job of navigating this transition. In particular, she laid out a great path of what we needed to do to maximize the sale of our house and then worked efficiently to find a competitive offer. She really knows the area and the market. Anyone can sell in a hot market but your actual skills show when the market is in transition. Nicole did a great job.

Our experience working with Nicole was fantastic. She provided a clear plan to follow leading up to the listing. She gave great advice on making the spaces look larger and more appealing. She encouraged us to use our own furniture instead of paying for staging, which saved us quite a bit. On her suggestion, we bought a few brightly colored items (bedding, kitchen utensils, and a cookbook) that coordinated with the house colors to tie things together and make the house memorable. On the day photos were being taken, she even came by to help with last minute staging decisions. A day after going on the market, before the first open house, we received an amazing offer. The proposed closing date was sooner than we were going to be ready to move out, so Nicole suggested we ask for a month of rent back. The counter was accepted, the house closed on schedule, and we are thrilled. We feel so fortunate to have been able to work with Nicole!

I got Nicole's name from a coworker when my husband and I started looking for a house. The search wasn't easy, given it was in the summer and peak season. Everything was involved in bidding wars or came on the market with a pending offer already in the works. We finally came across a house that we wanted to submit an offer for, so Nicole started drawing up the paperwork for it right away. While that was happening, I went to my already scheduled viewing appointments for the next round of houses, and that's when I saw our dream house. Nicole had already completed the offer but hadn't submitted it yet, and was more than understanding about changing the offer to this other house. Throughout the whole process, she kept us in the loop, and advised us on our chances of winning the offer, factors that she thought would make our offer more enticing, what she gauged the seller's agent to actually have on the table, etc. Our first offer was competing with that from another buyer, so she coached us on which terms would help us beat the other offer, and by how much we'd have to escalate to. And, she was right! Our revised offer won us our first house, and we were thrilled. Nicole's approach is straightforward and honest, and she takes care of you. What was really astonishing at the time was her mother was in the hospital, and Nicole still carried us through our offer round by herself while at the hospital, instead of passing us off to someone else like most people would have. This is a level of dedication I would never have expected from anyone. She's clearly an expert in the field, and I'm so glad that a chance referral led us to her. We're still so happy in our house almost a year later!

We have been working with Nicole from this April and we got our townhouse in August. We feel very lucky to have Nicole as our agent.She is professional, patient, nice, friendly, and efficient. Her colleagues and her have shown us lots of properties and offered professional suggestions. She also offered her insight during our pre-inspection. With her help, we won the townhouse out of 9 offers.
