Such an amazing doctor! I expressed my concerns and she walked me through everything and explained everything. I’m someone who is very picky with who’s in charge of my health care and I’m so happy I picked her!!!!
The reception staff and nursing staff are all very kind and friendly, however Ms Watson has terrible bedside manner, especially being a nurse practitioner. My last doctor was truly wonderful but when I moved I had to find a new pcp. I have gone to her twice (once last year and once this year). She talks so fast, runs through everything like a checklist and it made me feel like just a number. Started off really great then I had some test results go missing and I was terrified. Her sweet nurse tried to ease my worries but Nicole Watson did not care at all. She just told me to keep waiting. I’ve waited 3 months and all she’s told me is to call around and find another doctor instead of retesting me. She had 0 empathy for my worries. Evidently she does not care about her patients.
