Dr Lopez is very nice but she’s difficult to get an appointment with and appointments keep getting cancelled and postponed. You cannot get right to the office staff when calling. It goes to a call center that doesn’t give messages, confuses messages or doesn’t give the correct information. I once waited 3 weeks for Dr Lopez or her staff to get in touch with. My Neurologist. I want to thank Dr. Nicole López and her entire medical team in Belleville, NJ. I came to Dr. López’s office with a diagnosis of bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome, which I had been suffering from for several years. I asked her to please schedule surgery as soon as possible because the pain had become very severe throughout the day, and especially at night while sleeping. Impossible for this Doctor to call in prescription. Called office several times. Said that they would send her the message, nothing was done. Called and spoke to girl that answered “the medication line,” she said “she has no clue what she was looking at!” Told her to message the doctor regarding a steroid since Jim’s hands and elbow was paining him.
