I seldom post negative reviews. Suffice it to say, I'm just glad there are several qualified dental practices here in the Rochester Hills area. My initial visit to this dentist was definitely my final visit.
Unfortunately, I am not eager to switch to this dentist, though she was recommended by a former patient. My reason is due to the receptionist. She is so rude and seems to hate her job and people. I will try the first appointment, but if that doesn't go well, I will go back to looking. Since the receptionist is the main person we have to deal with, this is very important. I don't feel confident she will work with me. It's too bad.
Have a decent amount of issues with my teeth due to grinding and heredity. Dr. Leigh took the time to explain my options and gave recommendations. Ended up implants and veneers that are beautiful with no problems, even after 3 years!
Office staff is horrible. Dentist is fine, but the dealing with this office isn’t worth it. Impossible to get anyone on the phone, can’t make follow up appointments after treatment, must go to your car and call except that no one answers the phone. Karen, the receptionist, makes terrible decisions. Either that or she gets horrible direction from Dr. Leigh. Regardless, there are much better run dental offices with equally competent dentists in the area. Avoid this one.
I had a good experiance here. The root canal procedure was painless and the price was resonable. I have had no problems with this this tooth and it's been over a year
Terrible experience at this office. Receptionist and office manager were very rude. First time patient, I arrived 12 minutes late, immediately signed in, was kept waiting for another 20 minutes, only to have the manager tell me that since I was over 30 minutes late, they could not fit me in. Will happily take my $6000 ortho check somewhere else.
