Dr. Nicole Zern performed a highly successful parathyroidectomy on me. I can't say enough good things about her and the amazing treatment Team who cared for me at Covington Multi-Care Medical Center. Dr. Zern explained the entire procedure to us in great detail prior to surgery. She warmly reassured me again, on early morning day of surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Z. to anyone needing surgery in her area of expertise. In a word, she is outstanding!
Dr. Zern is a fabulous surgeon! I have never felt so listened to during any doctor appointment. She spent over an hour with me at my surgery consult, answering all of my questions about my thyroid surgery and explaining the details. When I checked in for surgery, and I told the nurse that Dr. Zern was my surgeon, The nurse talked about how wonderful doctors earned was and how all the nurses and support staff liked working with her because she cared about her patients and worked with the nurses as a team. Dr Nicole Zern is a God send! What an incredible doctor but most importantly an incredible person. If anyone is ever nervous about surgery please look her up she is the best! This was a very scary moment in my life and she walked me through it from start to finish. She brought me back from surgery feeling better than I used to. I’m getting tears just thinking about how incredible she was. Thank you Dr Zern, I will forever be grateful for you. God bless you forever.
What a great surgeon! Dr. Zern is a positive person, and communicates in an easy to understand manner. My loved one was truly lucky to have her do the abdominal surgery. We are grateful for her.
