The staff was pleasant, professional, and made me feel at ease from arrival to departure. I had a nice chat with the anesthesiologist prior to my procedure, and everyone took time to explain what was happening and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Gordon was very calming and warm. She was also at the foot of my bed with a reassuring smile when I awakened, unlike an absent doctor I had many years ago. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of this team. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs GI work!
Dr. Gordon was recommended to me by my PCP. During my first visit to her office, l had a bout of anxiety as with all Doctor's office visits. She was very professional, caring, calm and did not judge me. She encouraged me with a scripture "Be Anxious For Nothing". I returned months later for a colonoscopy. She again was kind and professional as well as her staff. I feel like in my case, she was God sent and I really appreciate her. Thank you Dr. Gordon.
