I thought she was the perfect therapist for me until our second session. I ended up sobbing in my car. She left me feeling awful about myself, and in one of the darkest places I've ever been in. I certainly was giving hints of shutting down/being unhappy with how the session was going, but she did nothing to change course, never asked what was wrong. I found her to be very unkind and anti-progressive. She should stick to research.
