I would not recommend using Nicole's services if you are a first time homebuyer or expect any level of customer service. The entire process of homebuying with her completely hands-off and full of issues. The paperwork was late and submitted with errors that we had to flag ourselves (disclosure forms sent days after offer was already made with incorrect inspection company listed), she would randomly send files to sign without giving a headsup or a call to walk through it.
