Doctors visit was exemplary. However I had to call 3 x to get lab work results & results read on phone by receptionist not a nurse. Dr Dubal said she’d follow up with me but never did call. Would not go back & she was referred by a friend.
Scheduled an appointment for 3:30 pm. Arrive at the Doctors office at 3:15. Went to check in and was told Doc wasn't in because of family emergency. No problem. I asked why they didn't call and inform me beforehand and they said they did. Not one missed phone call. Blatantly lied to my face. Office staff needs some training.
