After hounding me for months, I relent and arrange to talk to them. Nicole didn't keep the original appointment. when we did meet, I was told that they'd get back to me in a couple of days. That never happened. I followed up twice about not getting any calls back. that yielded no further contact either. would have expect more professional treatment from this company. l
