Dr Nicole Keller is AMAZING however today 7/11/2024 at 11:45 nurse Jacqueline was so rude and accused me of neglecting my daughter with ear pain because I can’t come in @2:30 PM. I assured her I’ll take her to the ER or urgent care but they’ll say to follow up with her pediatrician so can we schedule something for Monday and on? She continued to say with a disgusted tone I don’t recommending waiting that long… and refused to schedule me for next week. Dr. Kellar is THE best. I reccomend her to everyone. My daughter adores her. She takes the time to answer all my questions. She is patient and kind. She provides great care and guidance based on each kid and their development.
