Nicole was great, obviously knowledgeable. But as important, it was a comfortable experience. She very personable and genuine, the appointment was not rushed. Past experience with dermos especially the first one a few decades ago was unpleasant. Rushed, dismissed, wham bam and get out. Strangely others have been similar, but not to that extent. But Nicole was a breath of fresh air in contrast and thankfully so, as my appointment was a follow up for a serious Mohs surgery the prior year. Highly recommended. I had my teen son ... read more
Dr. Nicole Bort is incredible. It starts with her waiting room where I have never once waited more than 5 minutes. In addition to that all of her staff are welcoming, kind and very helpful. Dr. Bort herself never tries to rush your appointment. She listens to you and discusses treatment options with YOU in mind. Will never stop recommending her. 100000/10
Very knowledgeable and great interpersonal skills
DO NOT trust her opinion. She is not a doctor. I'm done with nurse practitioners and physician assistants. I will only see actual doctors going forward. I saw Nicole about a dime-sized spot on my face that appeared a few years ago. In the last year, it began to crust and tiny bumps appeared. Skin cancer is in my family. When I explained this to Nicole, she quickly fluffed it off and said the spot is only related to my rosacia, and no treatment was necessary. Nicole is a good doctor but the office is pathetic. Takes days to get a call back if you get one at all. They are very forgetful and can't seem to care. They forget to sign orders which causes confusion at the lab. Specialty pharmacy is also pathetic. I'd avoid this office and find another that can do there job
