After some time and research I fully believe my baby had a birthing injury or possibly positioned odd within my uterus. My baby had congenital torticollis. The doctor or nurses during my stay didn’t take notice or say anything about it. Came here for my cousin who has been issue one after another sinced she had operation. Came to translate with her. As a family I know what she’s been through. Translating line is useful sometimes but not when someone is trying to explain her daily life and emotion. I have a newborn baby had to bring him. My baby couldn’t not only go in, but can’t even stay in the lobby so they sent me down on the first floor, where there’s no lobby just a single person seats. My first meeting with her she came in and talked to me like a person, not like a patient. And I was still dressed. I told it was a 1st for me not meeting my OBGYN stripped down in a gown. And she said being dressed at 1st meet makes the undressed part much easier. And it sure did.
DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE! Their office staff and manager christie hall are extremely unprofessional while massively neglecting their patients needs. The doctor never called me back when requested, didnt assist with filling out paperwork like they said they would, and every fax sent they never confirmed recieved.
