I am a Nicole Ambrose fan! I doubted that I could own a home after 20 years of renting. Nicole walked me through the process, took every call for every question that my wife and I could imagine. Nicole made our life long dream come true. I believe her to be a blessed woman who has a gift and a calling and is using her gift to serve. I was referred to Nicole by my apartment manager. Oct 2020 I went under contract, I didn't have to do anything but have all my papers ready to go. Nicole & Team was legit, focused and on top of everything. I salute them til this day. I waited patient on my newly construction home. Feb 2021 I closed.
