Dr Maximiv gave me two injections for my cervical spine. He was amazing. He was so kind and talked me through it. He let me know exactly what he was doing and checked to make sure I was comfortable many times during the procedure. He was also extremely professional and demanded the same from his staff. He also gave my father injections in his lumbar spine. My father is in his 80’s and he was wonderful with him. My father hates going to doctors but he absolutely loved Dr Maximiv and still talks about him.
I liked him, but he is IMPOSSIBLE to contact nad does NOT return phone calls. I've been trying to get an answer from his office for 6 weeks and after multiple calls and sitting on hold, he still has not returned my call.
The most disinterested, unprepared and unaware doctor I’ve ever dealt with. At each visit, he asks, what prescription did I give you ?, how much are you taking, etc….. He is also really late for every appointment. Doesn’t follow through with what he says . Ugh. Don’t use him.
Dr. Nico was very transparent about the causes and remedies available for my long time spine deterioration. He is doing all je can to delay my having another spinal surgery. I highly recommend him as your next Pain Management Physician.
